Winter Ranch Stays:

Winter Activities include cross-country snow skiing,
hay rides, feeding with the team, relaxing in the warm
lodge, trap-shooting, snowmobiling & more.
$200+ per person/day (depending on
activities chosen)
All prices include three meals a day and snacks, rooms,
lodge & ranch facilities,
unlimited riding

1) Reservations will be confirmed upon
receipt of 25% deposit. Deposit is refundable 60 days
prior to arrival less a $25 processing fee. Balance is due
on arrival.
2) Minimum age for children staying at the ranch is 5
years old. To ensure their safety while visiting the
ranch, we ask that children be supervised by an attending
adult. Our insurance stipulates that "no person under
seven years of age is permitted to ride any horse, unless
the horse is led."
3) Discounts: Children's discount is 20% for children 16
and under. Pack trips group rate with 6 - 10 persons is
10%. Ranch group discount with 10 persons
or more is 5%. No two discounts apply.
4) To reserve the Ranch exclusively for your group or
family there must be a group of 14 or more persons.
5) Gratuities will be divided equally among the staff
working during the period of your visit.
6) Estimated driving times to Cottonwood Ranch from:
Reno: 8 hours
Las Vegas: 9 hours
Elko: 2 1/4 hours
Twin Falls, Idaho: 2.5
hours
Salt Lake City 4
1/2 hours
7) Pickup and return can be
arranged in advance from both Elko, NV and Twin Falls, ID airports. You can also rent a
car and drive from those airports or from the Salt Lake City
airport. Contact the ranch for flight
arrival times and if transportation is needed.
